You Sent 26 Million Emails and You’re Proud of That?
Please, someone, explain this to me.
After stumbling down an Internet rabbit hole, I happened upon some entrepreneur who was celebrating the fact that they’ve sent over 26 million emails.
I didn’t know this person, but I wanted to shake them. More than that, I had so many questions.
Who are you emailing?
Is this for your front, back, and side hustles?
When do you find the time for these emails?
When do you find the time for anything else?
What do your friends, family, others think?
Do you have time for friends, family, others?
Nobody asked for another story about hustles, but we don’t often get what we want in life, so too bad. This isn’t even a diatribe about that lifestyle. I fully understand that some version of this behavior might represent someone’s disposable or livable income.
I want you to realize a few things about this moment. And by “this moment” I mean the global health crisis we’re still waddling through at an unimpressive pace. It has catapulted an already-overworked, hyper-stressed species into a next iteration of oblivion.
