This is a hard question to ask ourselves. I've spent my entire career in the nonprofit sector, where passion drives so much of the work. Yet, exhaustion and burnout often creep heavily into the equation, pushing passion to the backseat. In some cases, passion alone cannot save us from organizational tumult.
