The older I get — and the more I begin living *outside* of my ego — the more I realize there's a LOT on which I can't coach my teams. One of the big delineators is the boss/leader who can step aside and say "I can't take you any further on this... here are the resources (people, workshops, etc.) that can." That's been huge for me.
