Nearly every generation since WWI has been 'the first' to experience some new social or technological advancement. We late-70s/early 80s kids are no different — but everything since we first signed onto AOL in 1993 has resulted in two things: 1) more exponential change and 2) wider broadcasting of that change to the world. Everything else is un-unique. That said, enjoyed your piece in 'Index' and everyone else needs to chill out :)
