Job hoppers *can* inspire this review. Organizations are remarkably stubborn, though, and we know this rarely happens. It's more 'both/and' than the 'either/or' practices we usually see, and I'm afraid not even our current big quit is pushing businesses to think more intrinsically about improving the organizational reality for current and future prospects.
