I post a lot of honest work/organizational takes on LI. Had a coaching session this week where my client said to me, and I kid you not, "I want to 'like' so many of your LinkedIn posts, but I'm terrified my boss will see that I liked them and take it personally." That made me so angry and sad in the same breath, because, like you say, these people really are lurking.
