Here's the thing, though: they do. I appreciate the job-hop (and have embodied it myself) but from an organizational perspective, replacing an employee who leaves — especially when they do so quickly — can cost the organization upwards of 9 months of salary. Roll that over many people hopping quickly, and it's a heavy cost burden for employers. You might not concern yourself with that perspective, but hiring managers might. You should want to continue growing throughout your career — that's the good work! — and it helps to also keep in mind the reality of the companies who are wont to hire (or not hire) you. It's all about various perspectives. Either way, really appreciate your vantage point here, Terence.
